Junior Human Resources Executive- China Support

**Responsibilities**:
- The Human Resources Executive will work closely with global employees (from China) by providing HR support in employee life cycle related matters
- Ensure the employee’s data is kept accurately and up to date
- Update employee’s movement through SAP System (e.g. hiring, transfer, promotion, termination, resignation)
- Prepare and ensure HR related documents or letter being signed within defined SLA (e.g. employment contract, performance appraisal template, Verification of Employment letter)
- Work closely with country HR and Section Admin on contract renewal and probation process until completion
- Provide HR monthly reporting according to scheduled report list and ad-hoc report as and when required
- Execute daily /weekly data Quality Control (QC) framework and revert result
**Job Requirements**:
- Fluency in Mandarin language is a must as this role required to provide HR support to global employees from China
- Enthusiastic, detailed oriented and good organization skills
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
