Job Description
- Support payroll system set-up including data migration and transition.
- Deliver payroll processing service including ensuring the operational aspects of payroll processing and associated activities (including payroll reconciliation, salary disbursement, overpayment recovery, leave management, and reporting) are accurate and delivered within appropriate timeframes and comply with relevant legislation.
- Being involved in the daily activities of HR and providing support in areas of compensation and benefits, employee services, training and development and recruitment.
- Drafting and posting job descriptions on selected platforms.
- Coordinate and implement recruiting initiatives to ensure a smooth process.
- Create content using instructional design methods for Learning and development. Training will be provided.
- Obtain, design and develop a full set of training programs such as training materials, course content, manuals and tool kit based on training objectives.
- Design and develop the learner user experience journey by analysing the appropriate learning delivery modes.
- Use proven methods and profiling tools to manage learning needs by collecting and compiling learner profiles and needs analysis reports.
- Any other job functions as delegated by his/her superior.

**; Requirements**: - Skills / Qualifications
- Pursuing Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or any relevant courses.
- Good administration skills.
- No work experience is required.
- Minimum 3-6 months internship duration period
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of English and Malay (verbal/written)
- Extensive knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bright personality, good attitude, and eager to learn.
