This position will play a role in supporting the HR department by handling a diverse range of HR tasks, including staff claim verification, payroll preparation, recruitment coordination, training administration, and various administrative duties.
- Review and verify staff expense claims for accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to staff claims
- Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely payroll processing
- Assist in organising training and development programs for employees
- Assist in general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management

**Qualification & Requirements**
- Degree holder in Human Resource Management or any related field
- At least 1 year relevant working experience in related field. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of human resources principles, practices, and regulations
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
