**Responsibilities**:
**Collaborating with the Executive Sous Chef in menu planning and development, offering innovative and tantalising options that cater to diverse tastes.**

**Keeping abreast of culinary trends and techniques, constantly striving for improvement to enhance the dining experience.**

**Requirements**:
**2-3 years experience as Sous Chef or similar role within a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant**

**A passion for culinary arts, with a deep understanding of diverse cuisines and the ability to create innovative and visually stunning dishes.**

**Strong organisational and time management abilities, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery.**

**Salary: 4000/month, +13 months salary**
