Job Description

The Front Office Club Lounge Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily Club Lounge operations at Traders Hotel by Shangri-La. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing inventory, stock rotation, and ordering of supplies while maintaining cost control within the lounge budget.
  • Supervising Guest Service Agents to ensure seamless check-ins, VIP requests, and addressing guest complaints or feedback promptly.
  • Building strong relationships with VIP and frequent guests, catering to their preferences and anticipating their needs.
  • Implementing training programs to uphold hotel standards and scheduling staff to ensure operational efficiency and coverage.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Tourism/Hospitality/Hotel Management and at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar guest services or front office management position.
