Key Job Functions

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the front office team to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Coordinating with other departments to maintain high service standards.
  • Handling resident inquiries, complaints, and special requests efficiently.
  • Ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role with an international 5-star chain hotel and preferably in luxury residences.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
