As a Front Desk Hospitality Expert at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of service to our guests.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team in the Restaurant Reservations Centre (RRC) department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consistent and high-quality service to guests through various communication channels.
  • Contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the RRC department by collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements
  1. A degree or diploma in hospitality or tourism management is preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  2. At least one year of experience in the service industry or hotel operations is desired.
  3. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  4. Due to work permit restrictions, we can only consider applications from Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
