Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Limited seeks a skilled and experienced professional to oversee the daily operations of the Guest Services Centre Department. Under the general guidance and supervision of the Front Office Manager, this role is responsible for managing the team, identifying issues, and implementing solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various departments, including Commercial, Revenue Strategy, Front Office, and Food & Beverage. They will work closely with the Front Office Manager to achieve objectives, targets, and goals of the hotel.
