Job Function

The Duty Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front office, including overseeing the night audit function, preparing daily financial reports, and developing strategies to boost occupancy and revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the front desk staff, ensuring they provide exceptional guest service, respond promptly to guest complaints, and solicit feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales, using FIT marketing techniques and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Front Office Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination of efforts.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
