Guest Experience Officer

We are looking for a Guest Experience Officer to join our team at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur. As a key member of the Restaurant Reservations Centre (RRC), you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests.
Job SummaryYou will contribute to the smooth operation of the RRC by providing timely and accurate information to guests. You will also be responsible for handling guest complaints in a professional manner.
Main Responsibilities- Provide front-line customer service and respond to guest inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, ideally with a relevant Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management
- Preferably with a minimum of 1 year working experience in service industries or hotel operations
- Desirably skilled in customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills
