Guest Experience and Operations Specialist

To succeed as the Front Office Club Lounge Manager, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Degree in Tourism/Hospitality/Hotel Management.
- Proficient in both oral and written English and Malay.
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) OPERA is an added advantage.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar guest services or front office management position.
The ideal candidate will have excellent social skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
