Bell Ward Malaysia is seeking an experienced Senior Executive, Front Office, to lead our front office operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in administrative leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead front office operations, managing daily activities, and providing a professional first point of contact for clients.
  • Supervise and enhance administrative processes, including data management, correspondence distribution, and meeting preparations.
  • Maintain high standards of client experience, focusing on welcoming guests professionally and maintaining a well-maintained reception area.
  • Coordinate office logistics, including scheduling, meeting room management, and inventory management within budgetary guidelines.
  • Support executive functions, such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and internal communication between departments.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to implementing office administration strategies to enhance workflow and operational effectiveness.
  • Mentor and guide junior administrative staff, promoting a collaborative and high-performing office environment.

**Requirements:**

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Management/Administration/Secretarial/Commerce or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.
