We are looking for an Office Services Coordinator to join our team at Fragomen. As an Office Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our team members and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities

  1. Administrative Support
  • Providing administrative support to our team members
  • Maintaining office security and following safety procedures
Courier and Mail Management
  • Coordinating courier services and managing mail distribution
Office Supplies and Equipment
  • Managing office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
Finance Tasks
  • Processing government receipts and uploading them in Connect
  • Assisting in verifying outstation claims and reconciling government receipts

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft applications, and have a minimum Diploma qualification and relevant experience in administrative support.
