**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and cooperation.

**Customer Service**:

- Ensure that customers receive prompt, friendly, and personalized service.
- Address customer concerns and resolve any issues that may arise in a professional manner.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience.

**Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.

**Quality Control**:

- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
- Monitor food preparation methods and portion sizes to minimize waste and maximize profitability.

**Training and Development**:

- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to encourage professional growth and development.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions to enhance employee skills and performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Certification in food handling and safety is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
