Sales Administration Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all sales orders are precise and approved on timely basis.
- Tabulate monthly commission & incentive for all BIS sales staff. Ensure the payout are accurate and on time;
- Compile monthly report for analysis/internal meetings (objective performance, cash sales monitoring, etc);
- Prepare contracts/machines listing for Finance and Contract Team;
- Assist in other areas under Sales Admin Department as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in a related discipline;
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel);
- Skilled in MS Office Suite Hands (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
- Good in mathematics and calculation;
- Strong organizational skills, able to stay focus and pay attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines;
- Tactful and courteous demeanour with excellent communication skills across all levels of stakeholders;
- Good team player with a good sense of urgency;
- Willing to work extra hours (if applicable);
- Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
