To monitor staff records (annual leave, medical leave, medical claim, petrol claim, maternal leave, etc)
- To prepare a letter of new employee's bank account, updating personal profile for new staffs.
- To monitor new staff performance for confirmation.
- To prepare confirmation/offer letter for a staff position.
- To prepare salary monthly statements for staff.
- To prepare registration forms for CIDB and NIOSH training.
- To handle customer complaints when nonconformance of product/process is found and investigate the root cause.
- To provide an action plan to solve the nonconformance problem.
- To ensure that changes and the current revision status of documents are identified;
- To ensure that relevant versions of applicable documents are available at points of use
- To update documents for adequacy prior to issue;
- To ensure that documents remain legible and readily identifiable;
- Possess a Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in recruitment / general HR functions is preferable.
- Knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967 is a must.
- Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Aplus Payroll System.

**Salary**: From RM2,100.00 per month
