**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and helping resolve work-related problems

2. Provide support to employee recognition, satisfaction and incentive programs and events.

3. Provide overall assistance and research support to HR and Finance teams on benefit

4. Process regular and supplemental monthly payroll for all employee groups; perform complex payroll calculations; verify information from relevant forms; audits, correct and balance payroll and variety of reports.

5. AR & AP

7. Benefits administration - conducts new hire and exit interviews, ensuring employees understand their benefit coverages. Responsible employee verification, unemployment and disability claims.

Requirement

a. At least a diploma in business administration or finance/accountancy/banking/HR or equivalent

b. Min 1 year relevant working experience.

c. Must speak, write and fully understand both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with English and Chinese speaking associates.

d. The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities successfully, outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.

e. Basic knowledge of Human Resources.

f. Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft suite of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, proficient in MS Office.

g. Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc)

h. Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.

i. Strong ethics and reliability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
