Assistant Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- To support HR & Admin Manager for day-to-day activities of HR & Administration department including but not limited to recruitment, manpower planning, employee relation, preparing letters, payroll and administration tasks;
- Assists in project staff deployment ensuring the effective usage of resources;
- Follows up on issuance of staff letters (Letters/employment certificates/letters of appointments/updates new staff listing/resignation listing/phone listing);
- Ensure company HR policy is followed across all employees;
- To assist in preparation of monthly reports on HR-related matters;
- Ensure proper documentations and safe keeping, orderly and correctly in timely manner;
- Assists in processing staff insurance claims (Submission/file/follow-up);
- To perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Executive / Assistant managerial specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Prior experience in property development and/ or listed entity will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in spoken & written in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate.
- Must have high level of confidentiality.
- Possess own transport and willing to work in Taman Melati, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur.
