**Job Description**:

- Job assignment and key control
- Daily briefing and work assignment
- Ensure key standard procedures are followed
- Cleaning chemicals and equipment machinery
- Ensure sufficient cleaning equipment, chemicals and material
- Store chemicals, equipment and machinery properly when not in use
- Clean and maintain public area and of house
- Public area - front and back of house to be clean at all times.
- Report defect in public to supervisor of any fault, which require maintenance
- Deliver lost and found items to Housekeeping department
- Aware of current hotel events, facilities and services, promotions
- To furnish accurate information to guest
- Work in and orderly manner
- To clean as per hotel standard
- Acknowledge guests at all times

Work Experience

Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the hospitality industry

- Understand and write basic English
- Have the ability to prioritize workload assignments
- Team work
- A well-organized & initiative person
- Able to work independently
- Firm and fair when making decisions or new implementations
- Pleasant, courteous and mature personality
