**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide guidance and direction to the Risk Management Team.
- Keep abreast with emerging risks and report them to the Board Risk Committee.
- Regular communication with the Board of Directors.
- Acquire a general understanding of the processes of every department.
- Conduct quarterly risk assessment with the respective entities.
- Travelling often for risk workshops and discussions with departments.
- Prepare quarterly reports for presentation to the Risk Management Committee.
- Monitor Group-wide enterprise risks and assessing the effectiveness of controls.
- Improving the risk management procedures and measurement methodologies.
- Identify and incorporate ESG and Climate-related risks and controls into the relevant departments.
- Undertake any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management.

**Skills Required**:

- Being friendly, patient, and easy going when approached by people (good interpersonal and communication skills).
- Ability to think critically and voice out concerns diplomatically.
- Self-driven & independent in handling task assigned.
- Being proactive, meticulous, good monitoring and follow up skills, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to multitask to complete task assigned to meet deadlines.
- Completes ad-hoc task within deadline with mínimal mistakes as and when assigned by the superior.
- Radiates confidence and leadership qualities.
- Initiates on ideas to improve the Risk Management function.

**Qualifications**

**Requirements include**:

- Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Excellent written communication and proficiency with technical reports.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset and good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule: Monday to Friday
