Join our team as a Club Administrator and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our club. As the Club Administrator, you'll oversee various responsibilities including **administrative tasks, cash management, reports and documentation and membership sales**.

**Administrative**
- Answer phone calls regarding any enquiries
- Supervise cleanliness and facility maintenance
- Assist with building administration coordination
- Monitor and order office supplies and gym inventory
- Provide general support to the gym
- Monitor Payables

**Cash Related**
- Billing collections
- Day to day cash transactions
- Cash and transactions consolidation - Record cash receipts and issue invoices to customers
- Bank deposits
- Maintain petty cash funds - release, replenishment, liquidations and reports

**Reports and Documentation**
- Audit (double checks all contracts, sales etc)
- Inventory
- Assist in presentation of regularly scheduled reports
- Preparation of Daily Sales Report
- Supervise log books in the club

**Membership Sales**
- Assist and conduct sales presentations
- Assist with member communication.
- Maintain contact lists
- Lead generation

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
