- Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Finance/ Accounting or any related field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Finance Officer or in a similar role is required for this position.
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting process.
- Experience using financial software.
- Advanced Microsoft Office i.e., Excel skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Sharp time management skills.
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
**Responsibilities**:
- Preparation of information on the financial direction of the business.
- Creation of all necessary reports to assist with strategic financial planning.
- Use financial modelling to predict outcomes.
- Assist with Investor of Due Diligence preparation.
- Structuring financial deals and assisting with negotiations.
- Preparation of relevant legal documents.
- Evaluating and executing M&A and other investment opportunities.
- Analyzing valuation and returns.
- Develop any process and procedure within the section that is required to optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.
- Negotiation of transaction documentation including sales and purchase agreements and other legal documents.
- Liaising with business stakeholders across all levels to achieve transactional goals.
- Managing relationships with banks and other stakeholders on financing requirements.
- Producing necessary reports, assisting with preparing department budgets, and monitoring use and allocation of budget.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
