Team up with Coordinators and Sources to manage an efficient model of operation
- Look into developing potential client through a platforms / cold calling
- Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
- Ensure hiring projects assigned is executed smoothly within the timeframe given.
- Proactively source for talents through sourcing tools, employee referrals, social media and other innovative channels.and demographics.stakeholders are updated and well informed.including hiring strategies, coaching, and guidance on best practices.
- Develop strategies in search and sourcing activities within targeted market
- Proactively communicate the status of hiring process ensuring respective
- Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process
- Build strong rapport with hiring managers and project teams to understand hiring requirements and provide timely updates to have all parties aligned

**Job Requirements**
- Posses with Diploma and above in Business / Human Resource / Psychology
- Must able converse in bilingual language : English & Malay.
- Able to converse in Mandarin is preferable
- Excellent communication skill and multi-tasking
- With relevant experience is preferable
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
