**Responsibilities**:
- Organise information according to procedures by filing, data entry, checking or matching data, etc. to ensure accurate records are maintained on a day-to-day basis
- Maintain proper documentation filing in physical and digital records
- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office
- Perform and manage other general clerical and administrative tasks as required
- Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
- Be flexible and willing to take on tasks in different areas of work
- Response and follow up efficiently to all matters
- Travelling to client premise may be necessary
**Job Requirements**:
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Multi-lingual
- Applicants must be willing to work in KLANG or DAMANSARA and travel to client's office
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Full-Time positions available.
