We are looking for capable, dynamic and motivated individual to join the growing **Human Resource team** as **HR Executive** for the Company as below:
**About the Company**

Our client is a Malaysia’s leading Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) company which is located in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam. Their core services are built around an extensive range of complementary business solutions, IT system integration and technical capabilities.

**About the Job**
- Provide support and assistance to Human Resource & Admin Manager on the full spectrum of HR services such as staffing, recruitment activities, compensation and benefit, leave management, employee relation, staff training and other HR functions.
- Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments and business units.
- To issue all recruitment related documents such as Letter of Employment, pre-medical check out letter, Human Resource Services Check list, preparation of welcome pack etc.
- Conduct orientation briefing to new employees and interns
- Calculate and processing of wage, overtime, claim and deductions to ensure compliance with
- Employment Act and company’s established payroll policies and procedures.
- To deal with Government departments and regulatory bodies for monthly payment of EPF, Socso, Inland Revenue Board and HRDF.
- To generate monthly HR report i.e. payroll summary report, employee turn-over report etc. for HR & Admin Manager
- Records and update all employee data. Such as address, rate of pay, absence, annual leave, medical leave, unpaid leave and benefits etc.
- Communicates with employees or applicants to explain company HR policies and procedures on or before start date.
- Explains company insurance policies, medical coverage and other benefits to employees. To execute new enrollment and delete record or resigned staff.
- Planning and organizing company/employee events such as birthday celebration, year end dinner etc

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the similar capacity
- Possess good communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have pleasant personality and passionate to work with people
- Languages : English, **Mandarin**

**Remuneration Packages**

Attractive salary package from **RM3,500 - RM4,500, **depending on qualification and experiences.
