Working Days: Saturday - Thursday
Location: Lot 8062, PM 73, Guntong Bandar Satelit Islam Pasir Tumboh, 16150 Kota Bharu Kelantan.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and onboard top-tier talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee development and align with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance to managers on setting performance expectations, conducting evaluations, and addressing performance issues.
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
- Implement initiatives to support career growth and succession planning.
- Support career development through mentoring and coaching.
- Develop and update HR policies in compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR processes.
- Communicate policies and SOPs to employees and ensure understanding and compliance.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
- Promote a culture of open communication and inclusivity.
- Collaborate with management to resolve employee-related issues and maintain a positive work environment.
- Manage the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness within the cosmetics industry.
- Conduct regular market analysis to benchmark salary and benefit packages.
- Administer payroll processes and ensure accuracy and compliance.
