Accountant / Finance Assistant Manager Kampung

**工作范围**:
- Develop annual budgets and forecasts for the hotel's revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights into revenue trends, cost patterns, and opportunities for cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate and realistic budgeting across all hotel departments.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports to the hotel's management team, ownership, and corporate offices.
- Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators, such as occupancy rates, average daily rates (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure alignment with budgeted targets while maintaining high service quality standards.
- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Manage cash flow to ensure the hotel's financial obligations are met and liquidity is maintained.
- Coordinate with accounts receivable and accounts payable teams to optimize cash flow cycles.
- Evaluate and prioritize capital investment projects, considering potential returns on investment and their impact on guest experience.
- Prepare financial justifications and present proposals for capital expenditures to senior management.
- Provide financial insights to guide strategic decisions, such as pricing strategies, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements.
- Assess financial feasibility of new business opportunities and expansions.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual financial audits and reviews.
- Ensure that audit recommendations are implemented and any issues are addressed promptly.
