Customer Success Representative

**The Opportunity**:
Our partner, a fast-growing Australian end-to-end payments and rewards solution that is tailored to the needs of business owners, is looking to expand its team and hire for Customer Sucess Representative The team is on a mission to build innovative technology that empowers Australian business owners to make payments more rewarding.
As the Customer Success Representative, your role entails ensuring top-notch customer support, overseeing customer satisfaction, and creating an extraordinary customer journey. You will be directly reporting to the Head of Account Management in Australia.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the mid-tier accounts (between $30-$50k monthly expenses)
- Book appointments and goal setting, find the needs of our customer
- Educate your customers and have a thorough understanding of their needs
- Drive customer numbers and achieve monthly targets
- Seek new opportunities and bring on new customers/referrals
- Support migration to XERO
- Call customers who have bounced payments
**Skill, Experience, and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- With at least 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar CS role
- Exceptional communication skills written and verbal
- Experience/Knowledge of the workings of an accounting practice is desirable
- Interest and intrigue in the emerging online accounting market and Fintech
- Results-driven approach.
- Loads of initiative and ability to work autonomously.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills and an enthusiasm for building strong relationships.
- Ability to create a quick and strong rapport with partners.
