Ground School Clerk

_**JOB DESCRIPTION**_
- Ensure the upkeep of all classrooms, examination halls, CGI Office, Ground Instructors’ Room and other ground school training offices and support rooms. This includes the upkeep of all fixtures like air conditioners, projector systems, furniture, and other equipment.
- Prepare purchase requests/invoices/purchase orders, etc. pertaining to ground school training operations.
- Print and bind training notes as well as be responsible for the photocopying of notes, question papers and other study material as required.
- Distribution of course material to all Cadet Pilots as per the various phases of ground school training.
- Manage the issue and return of question paper folders as per the Ground Instructor’s requisition.
- Opening of all door locks/padlocks at the ground school training department before the commencement of lessons and closing/locking them at the end of lessons.
- **REQUIREMENTS**_
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or education-related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with database management software.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of aviation terminology and familiarity with aviation regulations is a plus.
