1. To carry out and comply with regulations, company's SOPs and ISO 22000.
2. To prepare and update employee information and records (Employee Register, personal files, staff dismissal and PDPA document).
4. To download and update attendance information from fingerprint system before calculate overtime. To have proper and updated record.
5. Prepare data related to salary, compulsory contributions (SOCSO, EIS and EPF), mileage claims, overtime claims and insurance for approval. To compile and update record.
7. To assist training activities provided to employees. To compile internal and external Training Need Analysis (TNA), training evaluation and assessment, induction trainings, career enhancement trainings. To update and maintain proper employee training record.
8. To prepare and update Typhoid Injection Record for every employee. Arrangement with panel clinic for injection.
10. To prepare meeting room, minute of meetings and distribution. To have proper record. To prepare and update record of Company Asset Handover Form.
11. To update employee leave in system.
12. To prepare relevant document to SOCSO related to employee accident and claims.
13. To update SOP of Halal & MESTI. Including Vaccine Injection Record, employee health issues and related training schedule.
14. To prepare and distribute stationery. To replenish stock and update record.
15. To prepare and distribute uniforms, PPE item and First Aid items. To update record.
16. To assist on matters related to safety, health and contagious outbreak related activities and regulations. To have proper record.
17. To adhere and perform task as instructed by superior.
