Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment form
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
- Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
- Address employee queries about benefits (like the number of remaining vacation days)
- Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days
- Responsible for helping with many of the duties surrounding project management.
- Facilitating project meetings and assisting with procurement activities
- Assist in preparing project documents such as Letter of Offer or Tenancy Agreement renewal letter.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
