Organizing and oversee communication campaigns and promotional events.
- Assist the Manager of Event & Promotion in execution sales & marketing plans.
- Deliver all events with good planning and coordination to meet events’ goals and expected results.
- Identify potential problems and take preventive action to ensure events and functions proceed as planned successfully.
- Coordinate event planning meetings across relevant teams and ensure follow-up action are taken accordingly.
- Evaluate outcomes of events for continuous improvement in planning and organizing of events.
- Promote and assist in all sales launches, marketing activities, events and promotions.
- Assist on all administrative duties within the Department such as preparation of documents, filing and etc.Responsible and accountable for all events / exhibition planning & operational matters such as set up, display, dismantle, other operational issue.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales target.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year working experiences in event management.
- 6 days work, able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
- Possess **own transport **and willing to **travel **Klang Valley or outstation when necessary.
- Excellent communication and negotiation ability.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Possess a positive mindset and able to work in a fast moving work environment.
- Independent, Result-driven and self-motivated.
- Good time management & Stress management.
- Malaysian only.
