**What you’ll do**:

- Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact with the company.
- Monitor and analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities to improve client satisfaction.
- Join team head in conducting regular business reviews with clients to ensure client's satisfaction and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify improvement areas and ensure client needs are met.
- Provide implementation training and keep client partners updated on new products and services.
- Maintain documentation of client relationships, including account plans, client feedback, and other relevant information.

- At least 1 year of experience in sales support, or marketing in the financial services industry (fresh graduates welcome to apply).
- Enjoy being part of the growth team that is ambitious and agile.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Able to communicate in English and Malay language.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
