Information Receptionist

Greet customer with a positive, helpful attitude. - Assisting customer in finding their way around the mall. - Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs. - Answering phone in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary. - Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls. - Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material(e.g. pen, form, brochures) - Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone. - Receive, sort and distribute daily mail / deliveries. - Making announcement when needed. - Received customers / tenants complain and direct to the respective department concern. - Do daily report like lost and found, escalator or lift incident. - Daily checking time for tenants opening and closing.
