- _Must be willing to work in USJ 1, Subang Jaya._
- _Able to work 5 1/2 days with alternate Saturdays off._
- Develop and deliver engaging and informative bartending lessons that cover a range of topics including cocktail preparation, bartending tools and techniques.
- Create and maintain a positive, interactive, and supportive learning environment
- Demonstrate proper bartending techniques and oversee hands-on practice sessions
- Prepare instructional materials, lesson plans, and assessments
- Crafting a wide range of cocktails, from classic recipes to innovative, custom creations and exploring new and innovative recipes.
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies (spirits, mixers, garnishes, and bar tools) to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
- Designing and updating the cocktail menu with seasonal ingredients and current trends.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure sufficient stock of popular items.
