Internship for Administration

We are a Global Partner to Safety Critical Industries, providing safety training to Oil & Gas, Energy, Marine and other companies that requires our services.
We are now **HIRING** looking for **ONE** intern student to carry out Administrative job function at our operational support office at Melaka.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Assist in completing booking forms at company system.
- Issue booking confirmations and related documents to clients.
- Verify data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Occasionally communicate with clients to address their inquiries and provide support.
- Liaise with center administrators to confirm availability and coordinate schedules.
- Maintain and organize records of bookings and client interactions.
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required by the immediate supervisor.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 months training with the Company, preferably those who can start in June/July/September 2024.
- Willing to work at Melaka Raya
**Job Types**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month
