Report Management Officer

**The Opportunity**
Our partner is an independent medical examination in Australia with over 15 years. They are looking to grow their team by seeking a **Report Management Officer** to join their ranks They are committed to delivering excellence and have been transforming healthcare by providing innovative solutions and exceptional care that empowers individuals to live healthier lives.
As a Report Management Officer, you are responsible for delivering and maintaining consistent quality for the company’s report production - ensuring all relevant documents meet the required quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- To be an active member of the team and help support overall delivery of quality service.
- Proofread and edit reports received from doctors to ensure accuracy and quality of reports are meeting business and individual SLA requirements, addressing such issues as but not limited to;
- Spelling and grammatical errors are identified for correction.
- Facts contained within the doctor’s report are in line with the referral documentation received.
- All questions posed by the referring client have been addressed accurately and appropriately.
- Meeting doctor specific reporting requirements.
- Jurisdictional requirements.
- Permanent impairment calculations are checked and are correct.
- Liaise with doctors for making amendments to reports as needed.
- Efficiently time manage to support completion of tasks with ability to prioritize as needed.
**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
- Knowledge and understanding of quality systems, compliance, and quality improvement processes.
- Medical terminology knowledge desirable.
- Experience working to targets and budgets.
- Experience in office administration/proof reading.
- Excellent written and verbal English Language communication skills.
- Friendly, professional with excellent customer service skills.
- Medium level administrative/computer skills with strong attention to detail, be proficient in Office 365 Suite.
- Excellent time management skills and interpersonal skills.
