Our client in the freight forwarding industry is seeking enthusiastic individuals with either a background in Freight Forwarding or a recent graduate who is looking to begin their career within this fast paced logistics industry.
As a job applicant, you will be joining our well established, worldwide freight forwarding client who are looking for Documentation Administrator to take full responsibility for the preparation of punctual and precise documentation for all destinations across the globe.The successful applicant(s) must have an exceptional telephone mannger as this role requires extensive liaison with Clients, overseas Agents,Shipping liners and other departments with the business.
Main duties:

- Create and prepare Bills of Lading.
- Ensure all related charges are protected on the bill of lading and proper cost accounts are in place.
- Actively seek required documentation from Shippers.
- Prepare and maintain vessel files.
- Double check container and seal numbers and load manifests when provided.
- Dispatch documentation to clients.
- Issue client/agent invoices.

**Requirements**:

- Female in age group 23-30.
- Possess minimum a Diploma qualification.
- Previous experience within documentation/shipping administration role.
- Excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills in English.
