Account Assistant

*Prepare the documents (Eg: Journal Vouchers, Payment Vouchers, etc) based on the supporting documents received.
*Prepare and check the payments to the suppliers.
*Match all purchases invoices to purchases delivery note, purchases order and purchases requisition to ensure all purchases are in line with our order, authorized and all documents are completed before payments make.
*Investigate and check with related department or outsiders immediately if any mistake or incidents found out and immediate remedy action to correct it. Reporting to Accountant or Accounts Executives is required if fraud or major issues found.
*Coordinated with sales/marketing department for the collection of overdue sales amounts from the customers.
- Prepare the financial related report for Management and Accountant review.
Background: Minimum Degree/Diploma in accounting or related discipline.
Skill:
*Good knowledge of Financial Reporting Standard;
- Good motivation skill - ability to motivate others through delegation and negotiation skill;
- Good problem-solving skill;
*Able co-ordinate with another colleague;
- Willing to learn.
Training:
*Latest information for Financial Reporting Standard;
*Latest information for income tax;
*Accounting System, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word;
