1. Responsible to handle incoming calls on products, claim and other related enquiries promptly and to continuously deliver exceptional customer service experience through ownership and resolution of the issues.

2. Respond to customers’ request and complaints efficiently and in a timely manner

3. Following up feedback and escalation within internal department and customer until it is resolved.

4. Capture customers’ feedback, comments and suggestions and share it with the Supervisors to improve service and customers satisfaction.
