- Responsible for all operational matters of the plant and supervision of all the works and activities performed at the plant to ensure that the plant performance targets and objectives are achieved,
- Develop and communicate the site specific long term and short term business strategies and objectives.
- Develop and execute the strategic and operational plan in conjunction with the site management team to achieve continuous process improvement, cost reduction and lean manufacturing
- Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all activities for production, quality control, and maintenance to ensure customer commitments are met.
- Establish operating budgets for all areas within the plant. Monitors and controls direct and indirect costs of expense and capital budgets to meet annual operation plan and strategic deployment action plan.
- Oversee production activities, which ensure material flow through production in support of monthly production plans. Plans and controls production capacity and resources to support product sales. Identifies needed labor and ensures that the necessary effort is applied in production areas to ensure correct flow to meet the production schedule. Optimizes inventory, capacity (capital & Labor) against service commitments.
- Establishe and track quality and cost improvement programs.
- Manage Kaizen and other process improvement initiatives. Utilizes Lean daily management systems to improve performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
- At least 8-10 years of experience working in medical device or equipment manufacturing. Minimum of 5 years people management exposure.
- Must be willing to work/ relocate to Johor.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM15,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Medical Devices or Equipment: 8 years (preferred)
- Operations management: 8 years (preferred)
