Production Admin Assistant

'¢ Responsible for the daily and general company administration. '¢ Controlling and distributing the stationary, uniform, safety shoes, first aid kit and locker key to the production staff as well as maintaining the stocks level. '¢ Recording and monitoring production staff leaves i.e. annual leave, sick leave, unpaid leave, emergency leave etc. '¢ Preparing the overtime requisition form for production worker and to key in the overtime into the system. '¢ Assisting in matters pertaining to foreign workers such as sending foreign worker for FOMEMA check-up, clinic, bank etc. '¢ Responsible in foreign worker hostel '¢ Assisting in matters pertaining to plant contractor, pets control and rubbish collection. '¢ Handle ad-hoc tasks and duties as and when require.
