**Roles and responsibilities**
- Promote safety and health awareness and implement programs at workplace
- Ensure the safety and health of the Company with legal and other requirements
- Responsible for monitoring and assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations via Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) etc
- Liaise with Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), BOMBA and local authorities in ensuring compliances set by regulating bodies
- Organize periodic meeting for the Safety and Health Committee
- Investigate causes of incidents/accidents and other unsafe conditions/acts at the job site and prepare preventive and corrective action reports promptly and timely
- Monitor and ensure all firefighting equipment are in orderly manner in the factory premise and worker’s hostels
- Conduct regular internal safety and health related trainings/briefings for employees
- Prepare yearly training schedule and conduct training
- Renew yearly factory and machine license/permit
- Update DOSH documentations thru MyKKP system i.e. Occupational Safety and Health Workplace Assessment (OSHWA) twice yearly, JKKP8 before 31st January yearly, conduct audiometric test yearly etc.
- Liaise with respective consultants on environmental matters such as Chemical Health Risk Assessment (CHRA), Boundary Noise Monitoring etc.
- Monitor chemical storage area on regular basis
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the Superior

**Requirement**:

- At least 2-3 years relevant working experience. Fresh graduate also encourage to apply
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- A team player with high responsibility and is able to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Word etc.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
