HR Analyst

**Human Resources Support**:
- Collaborate with the Singapore HR team to assist in various HRIS activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with professionalism.
- Generate custom reports and analytics to support HR and business needs
- Accurately input and update employee information in Workday
- Document Policies for the organisation and update it regularly on company portal
**IT Proficiency**:
- Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Efficiently organize and manage data to support various business functions.
- Generate reports and presentations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct regular system checks to maintain data accuracy
**Workday Experience (Added Advantage)**:
- Familiarity with Workday software is an added advantage.
- Assist in data entry and management within the Workday system.
- Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving basic Workday-related issues.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in HR / Business Administration or relevant field
- _**Minimum 2 years **_of relevant working experience
- Strong written & verbal communication with interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with _**Workday software**_ is an added advantage.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM4,100.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- HR Analyst: 2 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
