- Assist customers in placing online orders with the client.

- Identify and escalate priority issues through appropriate channels as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and cultivate a culture of enhancing the customer support experience.
- Share suggestions and recommendations to maintain and enhance service quality.
- Stay updated on job knowledge and skills through training and continuous learning.
- Meet all key performance indicators established by the company and client.
- Adhere to the policies and procedures established by the company and client.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
