**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy Development**:Formulate comprehensive sales strategies that encompass the entire product portfolio, including stem cells and associated biotechnological products.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with product launches and promotional campaigns.

**Team Leadership**:Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on selling a diverse range of biotechnological products.

**Product Knowledge and Education**:Stay informed about advancements in stem cell research and a wide range of biotechnological products.

**Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and research institutions interested in a variety of biotechnological solutions.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions, positioning our products as integral to their success.

**Sales Forecasting and Reporting**:Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts for the entire product portfolio.
Provide timely and comprehensive reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

**Market Research and Analysis**:Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor activities across the spectrum of biotechnological products.
Analyze sales data to refine marketing and sales strategies for the entire product range.

**Collaboration**:Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, research and development, and customer support, to ensure cohesive product positioning and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, with a focus on selling diverse biotechnological products.
- In-depth knowledge of stem cell technologies and broad familiarity with various biotechnological solutions.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
