**Responsibilities**
- To control all correspondence received or transmitted for the project team whether at the project's HQ, office or any of site offices.
- Creation of the system-based number referencing for the correspondence and document for the project.
- Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control preocedure (receiving, verification, internal circulation, submission process), including technical documents, drawing and project correspondence for HQ.
- Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
- Assist in setup various document control systems as required.
- Typing of QAQC documents and follow-up input from site need if required.
- Make sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to appropriate staff, sibcontracntors and suppliers as applicable.
- Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly.
- Maintain the documents and drawings i the Documents Control room under saef custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
- Maintain the files and control logs or as required by the Quality Department.
- Support in scanning, photocopy, folding of drawings, data entry, filling, etc.
- Perform efficient periodic checking of drawings to ensure the latest revisions are on active files.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in MS Excel and Words
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Must be responsible and responsive
- Possesses with own transportation

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
