**Responsibilities**
- Handle account payables & receivables and perform general account tasks such as filling and data entry.
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- To assist in day-to-day account related activities.
- Assist in all scopes related to Admin field.
- Coordinate with other departments for daily finance operation matters.
- To perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least Diploma / Degree or equivalent.
- At least 1year of working experience in accounting background.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good interpersonal skills, independent & responsibility.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu.
