- Execute targeted SMS campaigns to reach potential customers with timely promotions and updates, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
- Create and schedule engaging content for Facebook, including promotional posts, updates, and interactive media to enhance brand presence and foster community engagement.
- Collaborate with suppliers to create and implement joint promotional activities, leveraging shared resources to maximize reach and impact on target audiences.
- Organize and promote the annual HTM 7 Bridge Run, coordinating event logistics, participant registration, sponsorships, and post-event communications to ensure a successful community engagement event.
- Plan and execute symposiums, managing all aspects from speaker coordination and venue selection to attendee registration and promotional activities.
- Coordinate in-store events such as member days and openings, including supplier partnerships, promotional material design, and event logistics to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Organize the HTM Annual Dinner, overseeing venue selection, catering, entertainment, and attendee communications to ensure a memorable and well-executed event.
- Manage and assess external sponsorship requests, negotiating terms and ensuring alignment with company marketing goals and brand values.
- Plan and manage outdoor events such as school activities, vista visits, and church functions, ensuring smooth execution and positive community impact.
- Conduct thorough comparisons of promotional prices across competitors, analyzing data to ensure competitive pricing strategies and maximize profitability.
- Organize monthly free screenings, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, scheduling sessions, and promoting the service to drive participation and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the production of company magazines from concept to distribution, including content creation, layout design, and coordination with contributors and printers.
- Conduct regular meetings with suppliers to discuss and develop marketing plans, support initiatives, display strategies, and promotional postings, ensuring mutual benefit and aligned objectives.
- Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams, setting timelines, and monitoring performance to achieve marketing goals and ROI.

**Requirements**:
At least 2 years of working experience.

Possess the "Right Positive Attitude" and has the willingness to learn.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia and ability to interact with all levels in the organization. Knowledge of Bahasa Cina is a PLUS.

Able to work under pressure and provide solutions upon analyzing any given situation within the job scope.

Able to multi-task, work independently and be a team player.

Possess a pleasant personality with a positive attitude towards challenges and self-development.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
