Personal Assistant to Director

**Job location**:
- Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang,
**Job Scope**:
- Act as the point of contact between the director and internal or external clients
- Maintain and manage legal documents for safekeeping
- Taking meeting minutes, conducting presentations and preparing reports
- Screen and direct phone calls
- Manage the director’s diary, schedule meetings and appointments
- Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Make travel arrangements including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of working experience as Personal Assistant to director or head of department
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Strong in persuasion and time management skills
- Able to commence work immediately is an added advantage

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
